Bedrooms

All Bedrooms have flat screen T.V.s with freeview, tea & coffee making facilities, clock radios & hairdryers.

There are 10 guest bedrooms at the Westcott. There are 5 doubles, 2 twins, 2 singles and one which can be changed from a 6ft super kingsize to a twin as required. All of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with either a shower cubicle or a bath. In addition for those with a shower only there is a separate bathroom if you find yourself in need of a good soak.

On the first floor

Room 1 Has excellent views of Gyllyngvase Beach and the bay beyond. It has a double bed with an en-suite with shower.

Room 2 Has exceleent views out over the beach and the sea towards the Lizard. It has a huge 6ft super kingsize bed or can be converted to twin beds as needed. It has an en-suite with bath and overhead shower.

Room 3 A single room with a double bed, this room has an en-suite with shower.

Room 4 A twin bedded room with an en-suite with shower..

Room 5 At the rear of the property looking out over the garden this room has an en-suite with shower.

Room 6 Also at the rear of the property another room which has an en-suite with shower.

Second floor

Room 7 With two big windows this room looks out to the coastline in one diirection and falmouth bay in the other. It has a double bed and en-suite with shower.

Room 8 A well proportioned single bedded room with a view of the sea. It has an en-suite with shower.

Room 9 This room has a double bed and an en-suite with bath and overhead shower.It has a distant view of Pendennis Castle as well as the bay.

Room 10 This delightful, twin bedded dormer room has sloping ceilings but benefits from a decent sized en-suite with bath.
